1. Choose your plan length — 3, 6, 9, or 12 months
2. Select your first delivery month for the year
3. Complete checkout — we'll handle everything from there. Expect an email from us within 24-48 hours to discuss any further details. 
4. Expect your first bouquet during the last week of your chosen start month. We’ll send an email before delivery each month. 

 Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! Life happens. Reach out and we'll happily pause your deliveries. If possible, please let us know two weeks before hand. 

What flowers will I get?
Each bouquet is florist’s choice. Every delivery is a surprise! If you’d like specific flowers please contact us to discuss custom arrangements. 

Is there a delivery fee?
There are never any additional fees. Our pricing is all inclusive. 

Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely. Select your plan, complete checkout, and add the recipient's delivery address. We’ll include a note card  — simply mention it in the order notes.

What if I'm not home for delivery?
We'll leave your bouquet in a safe spot or leave a card stating there was a delivery attempt. We always send an email a few days before deliveries to ensure someone will be available to receive them. We are happy to deliver to workplaces as well as homes. Please feel free to reach out ahead of time if you have specific instructions.
