Return Policy

All of our artwork is custom made to order, due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. We guarantee our artwork 100% if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can address it.

Imperfect or damaged orders are eligible for exchange we ask that you fully inspect your artwork upon arrival and email us photos of damage within 7 days of receiving your artwork.

Exchanges

We understand you're investing in your home or business with our artwork and want you to love it! If you receive your artwork and it doesn't fit your space as you had hoped, we will happily exchange it for another piece that is a better fit. Please email us at Hello@ChelseyWalker.com within 30 days of receiving your artwork.
