How It Works
- Choose and order your shadow box size and frame color. Not sure which would be best? Email us and we’ll help you choose.
- We’ll reach out within 24–48 hours with instructions for getting your flowers to our studio.
- Ship your flowers to us within 2–3 days of your event (the sooner, the better for best results).
- We dry, arrange your blooms, and send a sample layout for your final approval. This process takes 4–6 weeks.
- Your finished shadow box ships back to you, ready to hang or display.
Already have dried flowers? No problem — contact us and we'll walk you through the shipping process.
Available Sizes
- 8x8 — ideal for boutonnières, small clusters, or a few statement blooms.
- 11x14 — perfect for small bouquets.
- 16x20 — best for full bridal bouquets or larger arrangements.

How soon after my event do I need to ship my flowers?
Within 2–3 days for best results. The fresher the flowers, the better the results.
Who pays for shipping?
You cover the cost of shipping flowers to our studio. We cover return shipping of your finished artwork — complimentary.
Can I choose my frame color?
Yes! Choose from Black, White, Mahogany, or Natural Oak. Have something else in mind? Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What if my flowers are already dried?
We can still work with them! Reach out to us at Hello@ChelseyWalker.com before purchasing.
Do you offer gift options?
Absolutely — shadow box preservation makes a meaningful gift for newlyweds, new moms, or anyone celebrating a milestone. E-gift cards are also available in our shop.
Your prints will be carefully sealed and shipped to you in a rigid photo mailer or tube depending on size and product type. All artwork is custom made to order with the utmost care and attention to detail, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be created. We are proud to offer complimentary shipping on all artwork orders.
